Our modern machines can produce designs upto 300mm x 300mm on a variety of products including caps and materials ranging from fine silks to leather to suede, and with having our team have over 50 years experience in the trade, we can help you get the best product at the best price for you and your company. 3 simple steps to get the perfect result for you

Design

To get the best result we will require your logo in a vectored format, preferably a pdf. or ai. file, (our design team will help if not, don't worry) We will then be able to give advice on the best way to make it look as great as possible on the garments used.

PROFESSIONAL BRANDING

Digitizing/Sampling

Using the latest Wilcom software our in house digitizer will convert your design into stitches which will be sampled on one of our machines for you to approve before production begins. If it's not quite right, revisions can be made until you're happy!

Production

Typical Turnaround time is 10 working days but if you have an urgent deadline we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We also offer in house textile printing with both manual and auto screen printing machines.
